Quotes
Send a quote, then turn it into an invoice in one step.
- Go to Sales and select + New quote.
- Fill it in like an invoice and set the Valid until date.
- Send it from the quote, or select Print / save PDF.
- When the customer accepts, select Convert. Plain creates a draft invoice with the same lines.
Quotes never post to your accounts or affect your GST.
