Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The trial is free for 14 days. You only add a card when you choose a paid plan.
Can I change the country of my workspace?
Not after it's created, because the country sets your VAT codes and accounts. Create a new business with the right country in Settings → + Add business.
Is there an app?
Plain runs in your browser on any computer, tablet or phone. On a phone, add it to your home screen for one-tap access. See Using Plain on your phone.
Can I use Plain in another language?
Yes. Choose English, Nederlands, Deutsch, Français or Italiano from the language menu at the top of any screen.
How do I get help from a person?
Email support@plainaccounts.com. Include your business name and what you were doing.
