Upload a bill and let Plain read it

1. Go to Purchases and select ⇧ Upload bill, then Choose file.
2. Plain reads the supplier, dates, amounts and VAT (Umsatzsteuer) and fills in a draft bill.
3. Check every field, especially the account and VAT (Umsatzsteuer) code, then submit it.

Plain never approves a bill it has read; a person always checks it first.
