Lock a period
Stop changes to months you've finished.
After you've lodged a VAT return (UStVA) or finished a month, set Lock transactions before (your lock date) in Settings → Business & accounting. Nothing dated on or before it can be posted, changed or deleted. Only an owner or admin can move the lock date.
