Sign in, two-step sign-in and resetting your password
How to sign in, use your authentication code, and get back in if you've forgotten your password.
Sign in
- Go to plainaccounts.com/login.
- Enter your email and password.
- If you've set up two-step sign-in, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
- Enter your email. Plain sends a reset link, which works once and expires after a short time.
- Choose a new password and sign in.
Lost your authenticator? Ask the workspace owner to check your access, or email support@plainaccounts.com from the address on your account. We'll confirm who you are before resetting it.
