The Approver role
For managers who approve spending but don't do the accounts.
An Approver can see and decide approval requests, see the bills and documents attached to them, and see three reports: Profit & loss, Aged receivables and Aged payables. They can't see bank lines, the ledger or payroll, and can't change settings.
