Guided setup
Six short steps that set up your business, accounts and team. You can come back to it any time.
Open it any time from Settings → Guided setup.
- How you're starting. Choose Fully preset (recommended): Plain sets up Italy's VAT (IVA) codes and a standard chart of accounts. Blank workspace gives you only the essential accounts. AI-assisted setup asks a few questions and suggests settings.
- Your business. Your legal name, trading name and Partita IVA.
- Accounting foundation. Plain shows the accounts it will create, in plain language. Select Preview accounts to check them, then Use this foundation.
- Bring your data (optional). Import customers, suppliers or opening balances from a spreadsheet, or select Skip for now.
- Your team. Invite people now or later. See Invite your team.
- Review & finish. Check everything, then select Finish setup & open dashboard.
