Chart of accounts
The list of accounts your transactions are sorted into.
Open it from Purchases → Chart of accounts or Accounting tools. New workspaces in Italy start with a standard set: bank, receivables, payables, VAT (IVA), equity, sales, and common expenses such as rent, insurance, motor vehicle, bank fees and repairs.
You can add accounts and set a default VAT (IVA) code for each. You can't delete an account that has transactions; make it inactive instead.
